Great Company

Auto Trim DESIGN® recently had the pleasure of inviting members of N.E.W. Stangs to our shop for a special Cars & Coffee gathering featuring coffee, donuts, Mustangs, conversation, and hands-on demonstrations of some of the automotive services we provide.

The event gave club members an opportunity to learn more about what happens behind the scenes at Auto Trim DESIGN®, see several of our services firsthand, and ask questions about caring for, protecting, and personalizing their vehicles. Just as importantly, it gave our team the chance to get to know the members of N.E.W. Stangs, hear about their cars, and better understand the types of services that may be useful to them.
Coffee, Donuts & Mustang Conversation
We kicked off the morning with coffee and donuts while everyone had a chance to visit, look over the cars, and talk Mustangs.
One of the things we enjoy most about events like this is meeting fellow automotive enthusiasts from different backgrounds and hearing the stories behind their vehicles. Whether a Mustang is a weekend cruiser, show car, performance build, daily driver, or simply a vehicle its owner takes pride in, there is always something interesting to talk about.
And, as is usually the case when a group of car enthusiasts gets together, there was no shortage of conversation.
Once everyone had their fill of coffee, donuts, and Mustang talk, we moved into the shop for demonstrations of several services offered by Auto Trim DESIGN®.
A Look Behind the Scenes at Auto Trim DESIGN®
Rather than simply telling the N.E.W. Stangs members what we do, we wanted to give them an opportunity to see how the work is actually performed.
Throughout the morning, our team demonstrated several of the processes, products, tools, and techniques we use every day. Members were able to watch the work up close, ask questions, and learn more about why proper materials, surface preparation, installation techniques, and finishing procedures can make such a difference in the final result.
Paint Protection Film: History of PPF, The Strength, Areas of Application.

Wraps/Printing: General Idea of what a wrap can do.
Window Tint: Quick overview of how tint works.

A Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Auto Trim DESIGN®
Once the demonstrations were complete, we took the N.E.W. Stangs members on a behind-the-scenes tour of the rest of the Auto Trim DESIGN® facilities.
Something many customers may not realize is that Auto Trim DESIGN® operates from four separate buildings, each serving a different purpose in our day-to-day operations.
Building A — Our Main Building
Building A is the main Auto Trim DESIGN® building and the location most familiar to our customers. This is where customers come to schedule appointments, drop off and pick up their vehicles, and meet with members of our team.
Behind the customer areas, however, quite a bit more takes place. Building A is also home to many of our day-to-day operations, including:
Professional Vehicle Detailing
Window Tint Application
Paint Protection Film Application
Vinyl Graphics and Wrap Application
Digital Design and Production
Processing and Shipping Online Orders
Product and Material Preparation
And more
For many projects, Building A is where a customer's experience with Auto Trim DESIGN® begins and ends.
Building B — Vehicle & Inventory Storage
While Building B can be used by our team as additional workspace when needed, its primary purpose is vehicle and inventory storage.
Having dedicated indoor storage space allows us to accommodate customer vehicles that may need to remain with us before, during, or after a project while also providing additional space for materials, products, and inventory.
Building C — Room for the Big Projects
Building C provides us with considerably more open working space, allowing our team to perform many of the same services offered elsewhere in our facilities while accommodating much larger vehicles and projects.
And when we say larger, we mean it!
Building C is large enough to accommodate semi-trucks, giving Auto Trim DESIGN® the ability to work on vehicles that simply wouldn't fit inside a typical automotive shop.
The additional space also gives our team flexibility when a project requires more working room than usual.
Building D — Storage & Small Business Space
Building D was formerly owned by the local Krueger True Value operation. When the business closed, Auto Trim DESIGN® had the opportunity to acquire the property and add it to our campus.
Today, Building D serves several purposes, including customer vehicle storage and inventory storage. Portions of the building are also rented to two independent small business owners who perform automotive-related work.
The addition of Building D has provided Auto Trim DESIGN® with even greater flexibility for vehicle storage, inventory, and supporting other members of the local automotive business community.
Back to Building A for Door Prizes
After touring all four buildings, everyone returned to Building A for another round of coffee, donuts, and conversation—and, of course, to find out who would be taking home the event's door prizes!
Three prizes were given away:
Gift Certificate for a Full Vehicle Detail
Kwik Trip Gas Card
Auto Trim DESIGN® Coffee Mug
It was a fun way to wrap up a morning of Mustangs, demonstrations, shop tours, and plenty of automotive conversation.
Questions Are Always Welcome
One of our favorite parts of the event was the number of questions we received from N.E.W. Stangs members throughout the morning.
At Auto Trim DESIGN®, we believe customers should understand the services being performed on their vehicles. We welcome questions and enjoy taking the time to explain products, materials, installation processes, maintenance requirements, and the differences between the various options available.
We would rather have someone ask us ten questions than leave with one unanswered.
Taking the time to educate our customers and being transparent about the work we perform has been an important part of how Auto Trim DESIGN® does business. A vehicle can be a significant investment—and we believe its owner deserves to understand what is being done to it and why.
Events like this give us an opportunity to have those conversations in a relaxed environment while getting to know fellow members of our local automotive community.

A Special Thank You to Motovator Coffee

We would also like to extend a big thank you to Motovator Coffee for supplying a pump of freshly brewed coffee for our Cars & Coffee gathering and for joining us for the event.
The coffee was a perfect addition to the morning—and very much appreciated by everyone in attendance!

Supporting Our Community After the Storm

At the conclusion of the event, we were fortunate to have some coffee and donuts remaining. Rather than letting them go to waste, the leftovers were donated to volunteers working in Menasha to help with cleanup efforts following the recent EF-3 tornado.
While our Cars & Coffee gathering was an opportunity to enjoy Mustangs, learn about vehicles, and spend time together, just a short distance away, volunteers were giving their time and energy to help residents and businesses recover from the devastating storm.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered, as well as the residents, businesses, organizations, first responders, and others who came together to help our community during the aftermath.

Seeing so many people willing to lend a hand, clean up debris, help their neighbors, and support those affected by the tornado is a powerful reminder of what makes our community special.
Thank you to everyone who stepped up to help Menasha and the surrounding communities recover and rebuild.
A Wonderful Morning with N.E.W. Stangs
Overall, this was a wonderful opportunity for the Auto Trim DESIGN® team to get to know the members of N.E.W. Stangs—and for club members to get to know us beyond simply seeing the Auto Trim DESIGN® name.
It is always a pleasure to welcome familiar faces while having the opportunity to meet new ones. One of the best parts of gatherings like this is simply taking the time to talk with people, hear their stories, and learn about the experiences that have shaped their enthusiasm for automobiles.
Of course, not every conversation has to be about cars. Some of the most enjoyable moments come from hearing people's stories about where they've been, the vehicles they've owned, the projects they've tackled, and their experiences in everyday life.
Cars may give us a reason to gather, but the relationships and conversations are what make events like this memorable.
We sincerely thank the members of N.E.W. Stangs for spending the morning with us, asking great questions, sharing their stories, and giving Auto Trim DESIGN® the opportunity to share a little more about who we are and what we do.
We hope everyone enjoyed the morning as much as we did, and we look forward to seeing both familiar and new faces at future events.
Thank you, N.E.W. Stangs, for joining us!
